4th Quarter 2013

On Sunday, December 22, during our monthly coffee hour, the religious education youngsters put on their Annual Christmas Program in the Father Rausch Hall. The December Birthdays were also celebrated during this time.
The Hancock Annual Christmas Parade was held on Saturday, December 7th. St. Paul's again had a float in the parade, thanks to all the elves (young and older) that volunteered their time to come up with a theme and then design and put together the float.
St Paul's Youngest Cantor debuted today!
Midian Rose Ottoson, was born April 14, 2004, 8 year old Midian has always been a glowing ray of sunshine, there is always a sparkle in her eye and a charm that brightens any ones day.  Midian, has preformed in school plays since she was 6 years old, when the teacher gave the ok to sing, there she was giving it her all, making people laugh and calling each performance a memorable one!
According to her mom, while attending Sunday Mass Midian would never look at the hymnal, she would hum along  and would say the words that she only knew to the song, and sing from her heart.
On January 19, 2012 Midians grandfather Christopher Petricevich passed away and Midian asked her mom if she would be allowed to sing for his Mass, without hesitation, Father Chris Welch  welcomed the idea, and she brought tears to her family and friends.  The following year she sang for her great grandmother's funeral and since then Midians' heart is soaring to sing for the angels of heaven and share with all her friends at St. Paul's Church!
The monthly birthdays and coffee hours that are sponsored by the Catholic Daughters were celebrated on Saturday, Oct. 26th and on Sunday, November 24th
